REGISTRATION POLICIES

By signing up for a class series or workshop with Infinity Hoopdance, you agree to the following policies:

  • Withdrawals: Need to withdraw prior to the start of a class series or workshop? Please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the first class in the series and we will offer you a credit for a future series, less a $25 administration fee (valid for 1 year from date of withdrawal) OR a refund, less a $25 administration fee. Withdrawal requests received within 72 hours of the first class will be reviewed on a case by case basis – please see Exception.
  • No refund policy: Once a session has started, there are NO refunds, discounts or make up classes on missed classes. Fees cannot be transferred to future sessions or to another participant.
  • Exception: If you are unable to complete a series due to an injury, emergency or medical condition, please provide a doctor’s note explaining why you cannot participate. A gift certificate for the value of the remainder of your classes will be applied to your account. Doctor’s note must be dated and submitted PRIOR to the classes you wish to receive credit for.
  • Your privacy: We highly respect your privacy. We will never share your personal information. PayPal is a secure and reliable site to register through. If you prefer, you may send an email money transfer to nina@infinityhoopdance.com with your class fee.
